{"id":14027,"date":"2023-07-07T14:01:10","date_gmt":"2023-07-07T21:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/codigonayar.com\/?p=14027"},"modified":"2023-07-07T14:01:13","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T21:01:13","slug":"fgr-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-en-contra-de-cinco-personas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/codigonayar.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/07\/fgr-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-en-contra-de-cinco-personas\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR OBTIENE VINCULACI\u00d3N A PROCESO EN CONTRA DE CINCO PERSONAS\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Por introducir coca\u00edna al pa\u00eds en un sumergible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comunicado FGR 349\/23<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR), en su Delegaci\u00f3n en Baja California Sur, obtuvo del Juez de Control Especializado, vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Gonzalo \u201cZ\u201d, Fabricio \u201cM\u201d y Henry \u201cM\u201d, ecuatorianos; Arnoldo \u201cQ\u201d, mexicano y Franklin \u201cD\u201d, colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas personas fueron detenidas por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina-Armada de M\u00e9xico (SEMAR), en altamar en aguas mexicanas, cuando iban a bordo de una embarcaci\u00f3n con caracter\u00edsticas de un semisumergible. Se les aseguraron tres mil 216 kilos 286 gramos de clorhidrato de coca\u00edna, distribuidos en 187 costales que conten\u00edan paquetes en forma de ladrillos con cinta canela, una maleta mediana con diversos objetos, una mochila, tres cubetas con diversas herramientas y un moto generador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tal motivo, lo asegurado y los imputados fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF), y los llev\u00f3 ante el Juez de Control, quien los vincul\u00f3 a proceso por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de contra la salud, adem\u00e1s impuso como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y fij\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
